julespinkyd
I have a large tiger conch that I have just purchase from Jobie. I did not realize what I was getting into when I said, I'll take it! The reason I am trading it is the same reason why I traded the Linkia. Not enough Live Rock. If anybody would like this beautiful creature, let me know what you would like to trade for if you do not have anything to trade and would like to take it, I paid $25 to Jobie about an hour ago for it. No hard feelings, at the time, it was what I wanted...
ReefNewb
what does it clean? all i can find on the web about them is sand. thanks
julespinkyd
I am not sure, but Jobie whom I got it from said that this was a good cleaner. I just remember it being under one of the rocks that he had. I am not sure if it was eating algae or what but as you can see, he is on my back glass.. I just don't want to make the mistake of having it die on me for not researching. Edited July 26, 2010 by julespinkyd

KaceyJ
Ok, i traded edgar for this. turns out it is not a conch, but a tiger cowrie. anyone interested can trade me, or it will go to a lfs. cowries clean, BUT, they are reef safe with caution. they can eat nems, seastars and soft corals, if not WELL fed. i have an anemone i could not stand to see harmed. so, with that said, if you have problem nems, or some algae, it can take care of it,
