My coral banded shrimp appeared to have gotten one of its larger claws wedged between some rocks. I found his ripped of arm stuck there after seeing him running around all one armed like. will he be ok?

so i got a nice zoa frag from aquatek, was just wondering how i got the polyps off the plug, do i just peel it off and stick the whole colony on a piece of rock with super glue gel?

Im picking up a 150w MH clip on within the next day or so, i should be able to keep just about anything as far as corals and anemones go, correct? if not what can i keep?
