so, I broke the bulb for my 250wt, and installed my 400wt with 20k bulb. Is this just overkill?

you can come by tomorrow. I just downsized from a 125 to a 20long, i have sand out the arse. no need to pay me, just eventualy repay the favor, or pay it forward.

Hey, If you have an aquarium that will fit in your stand, and will purchase the glass and silicone, I will take the measurments and tell you what size glass you need, and install the pieces in the aquarium, and build a sump for you. we could work out some sort of trade. This is an extremley cost effect option, and personally, all of my sumps are custom jobs. I prefer it, you can set it up just to your liking, and maximize fuge space.

I have a 400wt w/ SPS 20k (less than 3 mths on the bulb) and coralview ballast(fixture has socket and reflector) and want to trade for a 250wt w/20k bulb with less than 3mths use of the bulb. I mainly want the bulb, so would consider trading for a new bulb or gently used. Will also consider a 150wt w/ bulb, reflector, and ballast, or a whole unit, as long as it is MH.

From my experiences with peacock mantis shrimp, they can be quite delicate when moved. If you have one you feel is not doing well, or is unresponsive, It is mho that you should just let them stay where they are, until you are certain it's life has expired. I believe it can do more harm than good in most situations. Of course, I do not have experience with other mantis species. but they are beautiful creatures, and it sucks to lose one.

I have the following for sale: Electric blue mushrooms. In the light they are a purple with blue lines, at night they are bright blue, and in actinics they POP $5 each, can do multiples. Metalic green polyps. centers are shiny green, thin lashes, the stalks are speckled. 5-10 heads $10 And my favorite, "green skirts", speckled light green lashes, with nice colorful mouths. 5-10 for $10

Awe, did you get my emerald crab ? the coral is kenya tree, it is a fast grower, and easy to care for.
