I also have a filter pad in the sump and more live rock as well.

I just set up my fuge the other day and im wondering what all I need to throw in there to maintain good filtration through out the tank. Its a 10g fuge and i currently have a 1" sand bed a bunch of cheato and a few pieces of of lr... should i add anything else in there or is that sufficient enough?

Yeah i was a bit worried cause for the first few days hed bite the mysis and spit it back out... good to go now though. That garlic extreme worked well

After only a few feedings of live brine ive got both my leopard and my sixline eating frozen mysis.

I need to raise the salinity a bit in my tank whats the easiest way to do this? Should i mix a bucket and add a little extra salt? Or just mix a norma 5g batch and poor it in? Im needing to do a water change so if theres a more simple way to do it durring the process lmk. Im pretty sure you cant just add some salt to the sump can you?

Ive been adding stability to my tank when i added the new wrases... little guys are happy as can be. its helps to prevent a bacterial overload when adding new fish. stuff is great

My bro is an executive chef... He can make whatever and prolly wont charge much to come out. His pizzas are awesome too. I just need to get w/ him and see what his schedual is like. Pm me what kind of food youd want and a rough of how many guest and i can ask him what he'll charge... I know hes looking to get into the hobby he may do it for free if we could all get him a tank going. Anywhoo lmk know thanks mike -

got some garlic and live brine. Niether seemed to intrest the leopard wrase... Ive yet to see the 6 line. The leopard is picking from the sand and rocks thats a good sign right?

where can i get live brine...also ive seen this stuff called garlic something. An additive to use when feeding to help get the fish to eat. Anyone know if using garlic helps?

Just got a leopard and a 6 line i know they can be finiky eaters. whats the best way to intice them to eat. are there any tricks to get them to take pellets,flake or frozen.
