  12. WOW! Great build! Nice equipment!!! How long you been in the hobby? Dustin Oh Just a thought! Have you thought about ditching the bulky Tunze's and going with a Vortech? You wont regret it on this small of a tank.....
  13. Thanks! Total cost depends on how much you can find a Tunze 6100/6200 pump for. You can find them used for around $200+- on RC. You can also build your own controller for $5. I bought a 6091 wavebox controller for $50 on RC. So its really up to how cheap you can find this stuff for. The acyrlic is the cheap part....
  14. Ifn its for your 55 you would be better off buying the nano wavebox....
  15. It needs to be atleast 20 gallons to keep a pair of dwarfs I think.......
  16. Tunze's are great, but pricey. I have never owned a MP40, but I have heard they give off a much wider flow pattern than the Tunze's. I would try the MP40's and see if you like them, and if you dont switch to some controllable Tunze's. JMO Dustin

I will take you up on that offer, if you need or are looking for anything LMK maybe I can bring something in return... Ilike the way you have your fans setup. Im just tryin to see what people use. I have seen a few neat ideas online. One of the coolest is on Lucky Lou's 125 gallon. Maybe he will post picks. He has 3 large fans in his canopy that blow right on his reflectors.
  19. The pic is to get your attension and it is real! Try and prove its not!! LOL! I will change it later. Oh and staring at Aquatic auctions is not another life.....

Im looking for ideas on fans. Im thinkin about the clip on 4 or 6 fan unit for the sump and not sure for my canopy yet. Im just looking for pics and ideas. My tank stays 78-81 degrees with MH's on I havent seen it over 81. Im getting ready to add the VHO, but that wont add to much heat. The big issue is I want to plum a small seahorse tank into my big tank. Ive read seahorses need cooler temps around 77-78 degrees max. If I can keep My water around that I will be happy!
  21. I have two girls, 13 and 16. The oldest cant take her eyes or fingers off her cell phone long enough to to care about anything else.... The younger loves to help with everything, except for skimmer cup cleaning!
  22. This is just a check up for the PUG! Is all ok? Only 9 post today??? Did the doc put you on meds or what man???
  23. Can I borrow it? LOL! The only reef book I own is Reef Keeping for DUMMIES!!! J/K!
