I have read that it important when doing the Zeovit system. I am planning on doing a little more research, and eventually start dosing.

I have a 30g and a 10g you can use as a sump. $40 for both. The 30 is drilled. You have to come get them Mon or Tue because I am moving them along with lots of other crap to storage on Wed.

It is about 8"x6"x5". I will try and get a pic up. Might take a little bit. It is really nice rock with lots of texture and a roundish overall shape. Oblong. You might just want to come see it, I am pretty sure you will be happy. I will take $50 for it.

I have a big piece of LR, around 15lbs that has about 20 or so green palys quite a few gorilla nipple zoas, a few red mushrooms on it and 10 or so blue mushrooms on it. Old liverock, came out of a system 3 years ago from a system that was up for 5 or more years. reall pretty with lots of coraline. I will have to think of a good price, but it will be a good one.

Brand new basically. I bought it last thursday, and decided to go with the XM. I did run it for 3 days though. So it has 27 hours on it. $50. They cost 68 + shipping everywhere that I have checked. Thats also what I paid minus shipping. May also be willing to trade for some really nice coral frags.

I am more interested in getting nitrates and phosphates lower, but definitely am interested in water clarity and coral growth/color. I ordered 2 products from Zeovit to try out. The Zeofood and Zeobak to try out. I may also order the nanopack which has aminos for LPS and one for sponges and clams. I am interested to see the results.

I have no experience with stirrers though. Would they prolong the life of your kalk mixture when using as top off?

When you add it through your top off, you are supposed to let it settle, then take your kalk through the middle of the reservoir. (unless I am mistaken) ******! lol
