DId you get the wrasse's at RCE? Saw the same one and a Potters there yesterday. The potters is one of my favorites. My sixline killed mine...just after I got it to eat frozen and it even ate nori. I have since gotten rid of the Sixline. I moved him to a small tank and he jumped out LOL. I was tempted to get that Potters at RCA, but hubby was whispering "no" in my ear.

Over the 30g I have the MAXSpect G2-110W. Over my Solana I have a fixture my husband built. Bulbs are similar. My large tank doesn't have LED's over it...can't afford that yet. Den Which LEDs are you using, by the way? Is your main tank fully lit by LED, or just a frag tank? I'm using the PAR38's and Stunner Strips on mine, and so far so good.

I honestly don't know for sure Kris. I've never run T5's. I know some people have them on their tanks and maybe they can pipe in. I would THINK if it was at the top it would be okay. BTW, I have these under LED's. If anyone is curious about LED does with the coral colors, they can see first hand. My GARF has always been nice and purple.

I have four brand new, never used, 65W power compact bulbs. Straight pinned/no name. Don't need because I bought the wrong bulbs.

My Solana has a leak so I've been moving pieces to another nano, but it's a bit over full and I can't fit everything in it. I'm not sure how long it will take hubby to fix the Solana so I need a few things gone. I think this is a Chili Pepper Monti. I got this from Chad and Belinda literally as a 1/4" piece that broke. It has completely encrusted the square plug and growing outwards. Asking $15 pending DoMa GARF Purple Bonsai - by far one of my favorites. I have two pieces so this one can go. It's base is about 1 1/2" all the way around encrusted on a rock, then it grows up in the center. Beautiful coloring - asking $50.pending DoMa Fairy Dust Paly - one polyp starting to grow a baby, been on a plug for a couple weeks after I moved the rest of them...it was left behind on a rock. Doing great. These things get bigger and grow good under high lighting. Asking $15$10.pending Jokers - 2 polyp frag for $20.SOLD Blasto...about 10 heads. Had it under too much flow so it needs a little TLC - $15. pending caferacermike Orange and Green Chalice - 1 eye. Frag is to the right of the actual piece...accidentally broke a corner - $10. How much for the anemone? BTW, looks like a Sebae. Or what sort of things are you looking to trade for?

I can try to get a photo, but when I move it between tanks it usually takes a week or so to open up. It gets a shiny covering over it, sheds, and then opens. I've got it in the shade right now. I'll see if I have any pictures of it. I fragged it a while back and sold a piece, but I can't remember to whom.

I have one that is about 1 1/2" to 2" tall, but only an inch wide. It's not doing well in my tank...I think my coral beauty angel was picking at it. I moved it to the small tank so it's still upset and not opened up yet. I don't really want any soft corals other than zoas in the small tank. It's the green polyp toadstool...not sure if it's Tyree or not. You can have it for $20.

BTW, I have three single shrooms...two attached to small rocks and one attached some some substrate (larger black pebble stuff so it would be easy to glue it).

I've got a few of these that need a new home. They get rather large. I have one on a rock that I'm keeping and it's about 4" around. Just want $5each. I have a rock with three on it for $10. Photos are of various ones. I plan to go to RCA this weekend...probably Sunday and can meet there.

Thanks...I think my blues come on earlier...we've lost power a few times since it's been in and I bet it's a little screwed up. I"m going to adjust it all tomorrow. My husband put the hanging kit on this morning while I was in bed and it definitely lights up the tank more...and the moonlights disperse better also. Thanks for the info...wish I could afford four more for the large tank...but I'd have to buy the more expensive ones because it's a little taller than my 30 gallon. I've kind of a cube with the 30 gallon so it's not real tall...really hoping to put SPS in it.

OgreKV, I've got the G2 light...110W. What exactly is your lighting schedule? I'm thinking mine may be too long because I couldn't get the cyano to stop. I believe the blue turn on around 11a.m., white (don't have the 30W bulbs) turn on at noon, white off at 8p.m. and blue off at 9p.m. Last night I did replace the sand with a new bag of Hawaiian Black (and do a major water change) and put back only a few rocks, a couple softies and the fish and inverts. No cyano today...so I'm thinking it was partly the sand...it was from a sump and pretty dirty. I need to move my Solana contents which does have SPS and a nice RBTA into the tank with the G2. They are currently under and LED fixture my hubby built that has a mixture of cree bulbs, 12 blue and 12 white bulbs at 3.7W's each. I'm thinking G2 will still do well for the corals as I have another RBTA in this tank recovering and it's coloring back up quickly. What are your thoughts? FYI...I got this light after I saw yours LOL...got in on a group buy for $400 including shipping. Also do you use the mounting rack or did you suspend it and if so how high do you have it from the water? I don't know why, but I'm worried not suspending will put it too close to the corals and stress them out. I had a chalice on the side before, somewhat shaded and it started to bleach. As far as my opinion on LED's...I really like the color. There is heat, but it's directed up. I actually have a heater on my Solana...usually stays about 78, but never goes above what the temp in the house is (80 when we are at work).

My blennies have all been good, even the ones I caught on the coast...I still have three and one I caught was about 3-4" long.

I have to agree with Gabriel. I bought a zoa colony recently from an LFS and it had one of the aracnid things that eat zoas AND a nudi on it. I have never seen one before, but I knew exactly what it was when I saw it moving around on the colony. Definitely glad I saw this and dipped the sucker before putting it in my tank.
