  1. Okay...what is a **** GSM? LOL. I've tried to google it thinking I could figure it out, but I can't. Thanks, Dena
  2. I'll try to swing by this weekend...let me know if they get sold before then. I don't have enough time after work during the week to go anywhere...too many dogs in the house to take care of Dena
  3. It's actually the spotted one...kind of silver with the purple spots. I don't really want to get rid of him...he's cool looking LOL. Usually they aren't suppose to be that aggressive, but apparently this one was/is. The people that had him didn't want to put him in their 35 gallon tank with their other fish. I'd just like to find something I can put in there with him. I may just look at getting some inverts...maybe a starfish or two...or something. I'd like another clown, but most are usually sold smaller than him. He's about 3 1/2 inches long I think. I've got small pieces of live rock that didn't "work" in my 100 gallon tank...so he can still hide. He comes out for feeding...looks at me like "I'm ready". Dena
  4. This guy came with a tank I recently purchased. His name is Bob. Apparently he killed the fishmates he was with, including a Tang, so they threw him in for free with a tank/sand/rock they no longer needed. I really just bought the tank for the sand, rocks and all the new lighting they had never set up. So instead of filling up the 55 gallon tank, I filled up a 30 gallon to save on space right now...and to keep the sand alive. My ordeal...I don't like having just one fish in a tank. I'm scared to put him in my main tank because my fish are 1 sea hare (absolutely love this thing) 2 Tangs, 2 Angels, 2 clowns, a damsel, 2 blue chromis, 2 black chromis with yellow tails, some other type of chromis, mandarin Goby, Royal Gramma, huge brittle star, purple lobster, and a Fire Fish. Everyone gets along wonderfully (Except the brittle likes to pester the pistol shrimp at feeding time) so I definitely don't want to disrupt that. What on earth could I put with this guy that he absolutely would not want to mess with...and would fit in a 30 gallon tank? I also will probably need something that won't eat starfish or snails so I have some algae eaters and sand sifters in there. I can avoid putting them in there though. I think right now there is one little crab and a couple of those itty bitty starfish. Thanks, Dena
  5. I've got about 40lbs of live sand in a plastic container with pump to keep the water moving. Has been in there for 3 days as of today. It came with something else I bought and I don't need it right now and would hate for it to waste. I actually COULD use it if my husband would let me set up another tank...**** him! Make an offer!!! Dena [email protected]
  6. It's pretty **** strong too...was fighting my husband the whole time. He didn't come out of hiding for the rest of the night after that.
  7. Joseph, we pissed ours off last night and got a photo from him. From left to right he's a minimum of 1 1/2 feet...we're going to try to get exact measurements. Dena
  8. Just wondering what you can use this for. My husband is going to build his own overflow box and sump/refugium...will need pumps, but not exactly sure if this is something he can use. Before I show him it I have to get as much info. as possible because he's the type of person that will ask me 100 fricken questions LOL. Hey...you're the one selling frags too right? Maybe we can come by this weekend if this pump is something he can use. Thanks, Dena 698-7192 [email protected]

I'll take whatever you have left! Call me!!! Dena 698-7192
  10. Pics aren't the best. We cleaned the tank and put it in the garage last night. The hood is dusty and the tank has water spots LOL...looks really crappy with the flash, but very nice once set up. I also attached a photo of the filter...media is still with it. The last photo shows almost my full tank and you can see how bare it is...if you look down the side, the rock covers only half the depth also...it's a 2ft deep tank. Dena
  11. I need about 100lbs of live rock because my new 100 gallon tank is looking a little empty with what I have in it right now. I can't really afford to purchase any due to recent chemo treatments for one of my dogs. For trade I have an Eheim Wet/Dry Canister Filter. I believe the model is the 2229 because it was on a 100 gallon tank and I remember my husband saying it was for a tank with twice the amount of water. It cost over $300 and is only about 4mths old...in excellent condition. I also have a 75 gallon long acrylic tank with a nice acrylic column-like stand and matching canopy. I got it off of Craig's List a few months ago for $350 and it was at least $1,000 brand new. Does have some minor scuffs in the front, but can be fixed with the touch up kit. Comes with two lights, which aren't the ones for it, but it also has the "holders" for the original lights. If you are handy you can move them over. We were going to, but downsized our fresh water tank before we got to it. All works great with no leaks. Looking to trade one or the other for the live rock...hopefully 100lbs (putting the cost about $3/lbs)...pretty please LOL. Will consider less rock...and will also consider trading one for corals as well. Thanks, Dena 698-7192
  12. I had this listed for sale, but decided to move my fresh water tank into it. So now I'm selling the fresh water tank, which is a 75 gallon acrylic...long tank...with pedestal stand. You can use it for saltwater if you want also. The top and bottom of the stand have flat pieces to make it stable...very nice tank I got on Craig's List for about $350 (was over $1,000 brand new) 4-6mths ago. We just have too many large tanks in the house with the salt water, fresh and all the reptiles. It does come with undergravel filter...and a black matching canopy and two lights. Asking $200 for the tank. Another $200 for a 4mth old Eheim wet/dry filter (one of the newer ones..can get exact model if needed) that is over $300 brand new. I thought it would be easier to sell the new one and just keep the Fluvals I have. Dena 698-7192 I just moved everything into a 100 gallon tank and would like to have my 46 gallon bow front move on to a new home. It comes with a matching black stand, lid and light. The light does have an upgraded salt water bulb, but I got it from someone else so I have no idea what type or wattage it is. We also had an oddysea fixture that burnt out the new ballast...my husband dismantled it to keep the LED lights on a separate strip. It's not beautiful, but works great. I have a Fluval 304 as well that needs a new motor seal ring (O ring) and a motor cap. Petsolutions sells these for maybe $10 total. I have no idea what to charge, but I know how much I spent on it used a few weeks ago. So I'm going to start with $175 for it all...will consider other offers as well. I haven't noticed any scratches in the glass...and it was used for salt water. Nice tank, but I got the bug and just new my 100 gallon one would look beautiful with salt ) I probably can't deliver because hubby is out of town during the week. I can help load it though. Dena 698-7192
  13. I am moving all my stuff from a 46 gal bow front to a 100 gal if you are interested in buying it. It comes with a black stand and regular tank top. There is a light as well, but the bulbs need replacing. I also have a Fluval 304 filter for $25...needs a motor cap and motor seal ring (maybe $10 total at www.petsolutions.com) and of course new media. Was hoping to get $150 for the tank. The 46 gal has a Fluval 304 on it right now and has been doing great. I'll be using two of them for the 100 gal until I know more about refugiums and all that fun stuff. I'm pretty new also and started with an 18 gallon one (for sale on CL). It only lasted a week before I upgraded LOL. Dena 698-7192
