  1. If I have no takers by Thursday, I will knock $50 off and then if there are still no takers, I will knock another $50 off on Saturday and so on until someone buys everything. I don't expect to get to zero, If I do, wow.

  2. All,

    :(

My wife has decided not to watch my tank while I deploy to Kuwait. So all livestock must go, no equipment though. The tank is currently battling Green Hair Algae. I will not part out just yet, the opening bid is $400 for all below. Everything below is roughly $762 worth of livestock.

  3. I have a 30g tank and do 3 gallons every two weeks. I have been doing that for about 6 months and it works great. I am lazy and just buy my Salt and Fresh straight from the nearest LFS. This way I don't have to mix, wait for perculation and then pour. Just me.

  4. Those are really nice looking pieces. We made some DIY Liverock here in Jacksonville during one of our meetings. All the supplies were provided by the LFS that hosted the meeting. We used pool chemicals to bring the PH down faster. It took roughly three weeks for it to be safe enough to be put into a tank. I actually have two nice sized pieces in my tank. About 15 members made rock and it all came out nice.

Maybe ARC could hold a Rock Making Meeting. trout2.gif

  5. Hello all at the ARC. I will be moving out to Austin at the end of this Month from Jacksonvile, Florida. I am very excited and happy to see there is a thriving Reef Club there. I have had a lot of fun and traded many corals here and can't wait to have some fun there.

I will be moving my entire tank there and I expect some losses. It will be interesting to see what I can do to ensure everything makes and will post about the move later if anyone is interested.
