Just replaced my Reefbreeder photon’s after 6 years with the Photon V2+. One side was flickering to a lower power so I had to make the switch. I am hopeful that my SPS will start coloring up with this new light. I also broke down my bio-reactor and cleaned all the parts, so should should see a little lower nutrients. On a side note how long does it take for the base of SPS colonies to regain color?

Thanks I had a tank crash and just about quit. I lost some corals that I had for several years and then just stopped taking care of the tank and lost more. About a year ago I got over it and started to clean everything up. The corals are slowly starting to color back up and I have started to add stuff again.

Nice your frags are bigger than my colonies. Almost makes me want to stop doing water changes. Finally getting some progress on the frag tank. Things have stabilized so well that my alk consumption has jumped from 0.5 dKh/day to 1.7 dKh/day. I've been manually hand dosing to keep up until it reaches a steady uptake rate and then I'll match my kalk dosing to it.
For those looking for frags, be ready to load up at C4! For my previous and current real estate clients, come get your free frags or pick them up at C4.

If patience is a virtue, you must be a very virtuous person. I am really interested to see how this build comes along with all of the planning you have done, it should be incredible.

Sorry about the wrasse I lost all three of mine last time I went out of town. I can bring a trap to Just Reef Sat if you still need one.

No problems with Hammers and Frogspawns, but my Rainbow hammer attacked a Favia and Chalice. My hammers sting Duncan's and my Torches have killed a branching Hammer.

If it was zinc a poly-filter may remove it.

I wouldn't even put doors on my sump if it looked like that. Great work

Those are an awesome freebie, do they stay open during the day like the Dendro?
