I am unsure if I can make it. I will have out of state family in town that weekend.

Yes, the tube anemone is NPS. I found a real good article on them the other day:
http://www.advancedaquarist.com/2004/6/inverts
It evens references last year's C4 speaker James Fatheree (the clam guy)
I am glad I found that article, as I would have not thought to offer smaller items also... I had kinda figured it would just want large ticket food.

Busted!
Yes, this is a Limited Edition Ty plate and he is just always happy and puffed up. Much more so than my green plate I have.

This is the first and last warning about flaming people. Please put this thread back on track, else time outs will be handed out.

Bumpercars.
Will entertain offers also. The real intent on selling this is to get a large screen digital frame. If I can't do that, I might look into detaching the screen from this and using it as a digital frame.

Gone.. and not because they sold, but because there was a massive die off in the bucket and everything melted off. Stinky mud room now

Now I know why I was on a meeting hiatus..... Every time I go to one I either leave poorer or with new ideas (or both in this case). Thanks to Ty and his awesome open floor plan tank, I came home and did some re-arranging in mine. Took out a few paly encrusted pieces (*cough* for sale) to open things up. I then added a piece of Ty grown hydrophorna (probably butchered that, but to lazy to look up the correct spelling now). I also acquired an orange tube anemone from Nikos Reef. Picture will come in a few days when the dust settles.
But the fun did not stop there tonight. After the great rearrange, i noticed some water on the floor behind the tank. Further inspection led to me finding my hang on the back fuge was leaking. So glad I saw it then instead of 2 in the morning when the water alarms under the tank would have went off. It was leaking from an input junction and didn't look easily fixed, so I took the whole think off and put a spare hang on the back skimmer on. Truthfully it was time for the fuge to be cleaned, as I have never done any real maintenance on it in about 4-5 years. I think I am going to run fuge less for a while. While cleaning it out I did find a 2-3 inch brown filtering clam inside of it on the wall. I chunked him into the main tank behind the rock work.
All fish were accounted for except my six line wrasse, which hopefully was just scared into the rock work. Hope to see him in the morning.

But you notice I did not say what type of Palys
Yes, they are what people are calling the Texas Trash Palys. I personally think they look OK (a teal/blue), but they do spread like wild fire.
I re-arranged my tank today, and the below pieces do not fit. They are chuck full of the plays (there might be some purple mushrooms and maybe even some other zoos hiding on the rocks). I have also posted a picture showing what they looked like in my tank when open (before my re-arranging).
Prices as shown, or $30 for the whole lot. First come first serve on the little free pieces.
I am in the Buda area. My schedule is busy on Sunday, but I am pretty free on Monday.

I found a leak in my HOB fuge, and needed to take it down for a while. Since I don't plan on setting it back up right away, I am going to give away a large clump of chaeto that was in it. It is probably roughly the size of a large softball (probably bigger).
I have it in some saltwater right now.
I am located in the Buda area if you are interested. Tomorrow (Sunday) my schedule is pretty full, but will be available Monday.
Free to whoever wants it. If you want to toss a frag my way, that is fine.

Thank you Ty for being such a great host! And thank you to your wife for letting us invade your house

I have not seen my porcelain crab feed the anemone. I have seen him eat the anemone slime when it sheds some off (yeah, great visual for a Friday morning breakfast). The clowns are good about taking large pieces of food to the anemone.

RIP to the skunk clown. Found him extremely dried out behind the tank today
I had him around 4 to 5 years... not exactly sure what finally provoked him to jump out.

A few quick updates. After the Dome meeting, I started upping my feeding schedules for the tanks to every other day. Of course the fish and anemones where happy about it... but not sure my birds nest in this tank where. I left for a few days and came back to my green birds nest browned out. Some light reading suggested that too much nutrients in the water will cause this as the brown algae in the coral multiply to help handle it. So basically you have to starve SPS to make them pretty in color (silly colored sticks).
Other than that, I have not seen my pom pom crab, but that is not a surprise as he was tiny. But I also have not seen my two sexy shrimp. They normally where hanging around the front of the tank in the Kenya tree. I think they might goners... maybe the pistol shrimp go them, as they did hang around near one of his entrances.

Selling my wife's 13" 2009 MacBook Air, as she has replaced the computer. Specs shown in the screen shot.
The computer was recently re-imaged with Mavericks due to it not starting up. It now runs fine and is much peppier.
It also has been dropped twice, landing on each back corner. Gotta love the aluminum casing, as the computer/screen survived, just dented the corners. I brute forced the corners back into shape (see pictures) and the top opens/closes fine.
Asking
$400$300 OBO for it (check is OK if I know you, cash otherwise). Am located in Buda, so would prefer to meet up in Buda/Kyle/South Austin area.As a bonus, will even through in the below pictured ultra retro (read as old) neoprene case

How about some color changing frog fish to go with the macro? Seems like you would have enough colors to make them happy.

Have it on my calendar and plan on coming with probably our 2 year old.

Lytro Light Field Camera - $130 (8GB) $170 (16GB)
in Reef-Related "Deal of the Day"

Very good price on the cameras. I must say I was really intrigued by the technology, thus the reason for acquiring one. Though, I must also admit I haven't used it in a while. Like Mitch said, you really have to think and compose your shots with the Lytro camera. It is not a "spur of the moment" picture type thing.
