  1. Ok, I'll quit hijacking Garretts thread so he can get his answers- sorry again, lol. Now that the 90 is ready to be stocked and since we've decided to tear down the nano, I'm wondering about number of fish I should responsibly have. I'm trying to figure out how the additional clown goby and 6 line are going to affect my wish list. Here's what I have now: red firefish, very small clown, lawnmower blenny, 6 line, and then the pseudochromis I may be trading for being a bully. Here's what else I want: another clown, a tang (which kind is in question-see hijacking of previous thread), a flame angel to be added last, some kind of fairy wrasses, and a tail spot blenny. Would love a dwarf lion if he could live there nicely (kids already have him named al capone, so not sure about nice then, lol). Was gonna do a green chromis but now I have the 6 line so not sure about him either.

Thoughts? Never had a tank this size and know stocking numbers depend on the kind of fish and size etc.

Filtration rt now is lr and frequent wc. A skimmer is in plans for march...

    Thanks!!

  2. And I am totally hijacking now. When yall brought up a tang, I know garret has a biocube which is too small for one. I'm looking at the best fit in a 90 with a sump so that's where the tang suggestions are coming from. I like them all, so want to know which are the hardiest and will eat the most algae AND be happy in that size tank.

-Garret, Mexican turbo snails do rock at normal algae, just be sure to glue your corals down. Mine used to knock things over in my nano all the time. Looks very small in the big tank though, lol.

  3. Ok, bryopsis it is. Guess it came in on a rock. Don't really feed the tank yet, so not sure what it's thriving on. Maybe the lack of a cuc that eats it. Hope the millions of snails and crabs I've got coming today will help it. My lawnmower is slowly working on it. Tangs eat it too? Been wanting one of those, was just waiting...maybe I need to quit waiting, lol! And thanks, Garrett, for letting me half hijack your thread doh.gif

  4. Lol, that's a thought too. I'm really hoping that when I get home he will have moved somewhere else. At this point, since he's already unhappy and unsettled, we just want him off the intake so we can move him to the big tank. We were going to wait for nemo to grow a little more, but now may be the best time. IF the wretched thing will let go!

  5. I'm trying to put the pic off my phone here. We'll see. My gbta hasnt been happy for a few days- since I moved his rock when I stole some for the big tank. Been moving all over trying to find his happy place again. Ended up on the intake today. I got home and his foot is sucked into the back. He's doing fine and his clown is ok where he's at, but how do I get him out? I turned the filtration off and am hoping he'll move himself since I couldn't push/pull him out. Help...

  6. Hey y'all, I need to get rid of this pseudochromis before I can move my baby clown into the 90g. Apparently, it has decided it owns the entire tank and has been bullying my lawnmower that I added this weekend. Baby nemo is waaaay more impt than a pseudochromis. Willing to trade for just about anything :) Thanks!

  7. Here's the beautiful blue pagoda cup I got at RCA last night! More than I usually spend on things, but very worth it ;) (and still very cheap compared to what some of y'all spend, lol) Blue's my favorite color and hard to find in anything other than SPS corals so I am super happy!! Just thought I'd share since they had several more...
