[emoji3] will trade you my maroon clown. That thing is so mean and won’t even let me come anywhere close to the Sherman. It keeps messing up the whole sand bed near it. It’s a battle I stopped fighting. If it wasn’t one of the first ones I got it would have got the boot already.
I do think the clown is also the reason it stays so healthy and grows so big. It feeds it religiously

Not sure that’s true. Mine got humongous and took about half of my 180g tank( not a single one but 3 together)I got rid of a bunch as they were getting too big and stinging other sps and zoas. I had at least two that would open to the size of a volleyball but when lights go out, shrink to the size of maybe a softball. The one I have now I have to keep it in a corner by pointing flow from power head right at it

Only tank of the day, I still have lots more work to do to deserve TOTM Still, an incredibly humbling recognition.I see now it says Reef Tank 365 but still worth the recognition either way. I will take tank of the hour if they give it :-)

I'll be using a Jeabo DCS-12000 which has been highly recommend by both Ty and Juiceman. The price on this thing is awesome and a replacement pump can be switched out in hours if the need ever arises. I may just order a 2nd and run dual returns with the 2nd one running at half power or just keep one as my own backup. I also picked up these food grade silicone pads for noise reduction.

they have a dcp series that came after dct/dcs which is quieter. I bought dcp 10000 and it’s definitely less noisy than my old dcs pump.- 1

$1,000 for it! Gotta compensate for how terrible the stock market is doing lately. I'll take cash wherever I can get it right now! lolz
Will you take bitcoin? [emoji3]
At the rate it’s been losing value i may get better returns on corals than crypto. -

Oh, I guess I should update when I have a chance.
So, got marine velvet from a frag last month. Didn't realize that .......
Sorry about the fish loss Ty [emoji20]. Atleast I get attached to fish more than corals.
I have only been doing Bayer dips so far for corals. Does this do anything for velvet or other common known diseases that can pass through coral frags?

I have two extra G3 pros but decided not to use them. I think 4 should be plenty for your 280

I only use about 50% intensity. May be with wide angle lenses you can get 30" covered

I have 6 ft length 27" w tank (can't measure height as I have canopy on now). I have 3 radion G3 pros and getting plenty of coverage

Sorry, I guess I referenced the wrong coral. I was referring to this one:

The setosa I bought at c4 from you is doing great and is now growing onto the rock. You said if I can keep it alive I can try other sps. Looks like I passed ur prereq test. I also got some from Roland that are doing good.
Best I can get with phone
I still haven't even setup the calcium reactor yet. But so far just water changes seems to be enough for the couple I have in the tank. I couldn't decide which one I want so I bought two reactors two co2 tanks and too much of tlf media. I need to at least try set one of them up before wife gets mad at spending so much money and just leave them in garage.

Congratulations Ty

D**n Ty. Just when I thought I could be a ok reefer. You start throwing all this medicine names and gram +ve and -ve. I give up. I was lazy growing up and that's why chose to make a career in IT . Looks like this hobby is harder than I thought.
