You need to head over to the chiropractor. If its really hurting and affecting everything just give it a shot. Once they put the electrodes on my back I felt like a new man.
I just need to rest, 1 day of rest fixed it a lot but then i got bored and ruined it again. I just need to force myself to stop. Seems hard to do with this new build in progress.
