I'm asking $95, but am open to reasonable offers.  No shipping, known healthy, for this size fish, I feel that is an overly fair price.

This is a very healthy fish, he eats very well, and had been a good tank citizen.  I'm looking to sell him because I am getting a yellow belly regal tang, and I don't expect the two will play nicely together.

The Naso is a good 12" long to try an provide some perspective.

I do still need to capture him, and I will not do that until I have a buyer to minimize the stress on him.  Once I have a buyer I'll set a trap and coordinate the pickup.

I tried to get a picture with a ruler to give a better picture of the size, he won't stay still.  But here is one, it's not close to the glass so it's not showing a perfect measurement but looks like 3.5"/4" including the tail.

I've had this fish for a couple of weeks, it is eating off a veggie clip, and spirulina 20, I have not tried feeding him anything else but I expect there will be no issue eating.  It's healthy with no signed of any issue.

Sorry, the pics are not better, he didn't want to stay still.  They are taken with phone, and the tank walls need a little better cleaning.

Wow, that's sad and funny.  I totally did not notice it was old.

Storage!  I have my light transformers, and Energy Bar, few Apex modules, and the gyre controller all mounted on the back wall so I have all the other space for just storage... and I love it. I have ideas for a couple of things to do under there, but so far I just have an extra 29g empty tank, 5g buckets, drip acclimation stuff etc. 

Feel free to do what you want with the tonga branch, use it, give it, whatever you like,   I mean it was your originally after all if memory serves.  Are you still raising nudibranch?  My aiptasia issue is gone again due to a great copper banded butterfly. And this one east frozen mysis so I hope to keep him for a long time.

My vote is on a 92 gallon. It would fill out that corner perfectly and be viewable from the entire living room

or 52 if your on more of a budget

I had the tank 92g corner, while I liked it if I was going to do a corner I'd do a cube in the corner, and 36" is a GREAT footprint.  My current is 36" deep and yes it's hard to get to the back of it I like to space for aqua scaping.  You just get tools to reach stuff.

Hello @KimP good to hear from you.  I, unfortunately, don't have too much to add from my last post, work has just kept me busy.  I'm still not keeping SPS well, couple pieces are doing well, but overall still haven't dialed that in.  LPS and softies are doing well, have a nice golden torch that I added right after the pics above, it has grown a good bit.  I have just finally (this weekend) got my 75g mixing station done with plumbing (removable) between my 100g freshwater reservoir and the aquarium so I'll be able to do water changes with no buckets!  I hope to tacket the remote refugium in the next weekend or two to get it back into service. 

I also made some progress on the stand (shell), need front trim and doors, build the canopy and stain it.  Again I hope to knock it out over the next few weeks as time permits.

How is your tank coming along Kim? 

Hello @Kkiel02, not the best FTS, but as you know an 8-foot tank is hard to get a good pic of.  I have a room the tank is in, I wish the back wall was a few feet further back.

Does anyone have a PM1 and/or an Energy Bar 4 they want to sell?  let me now.

I've been using the Neptune cross-over diet, my fish are all fat and they know when the feeder starts.  I have two APEX feeders that feed a total of three rotations mid-day.  No real reason I need two now, but at one point I had a clown tang that was so aggre3ssive with food I wanted to feed in two areas to give everyone a chance... but he's been rehomed now.  I've never had any issues with the APEX... save them running out of pellets before I noticed.

Yes sir, the tank is very well lit now with 4 Radion Pro G4s, and a total of 28 feet of T5s with a few different color spectrums.  One of these days I need to have you back out to see what Par I am achieving now.

I often tell myself that "this week" I'm going to get more active on ARC again.... and this week passes on to the next.  So I figured an update is better than nothing.  The aquarium has been up and running for about 1 and a half years, but it does not look like it.  I've had a crazy busy year with work and other stuff so the aquarium has definitely taken a back seat.  Because of my lack of attention I've had ALL sorts of issues, ALK swings from 9 dkh all the way down to 6.33 dkh, NItrates went through the roof, really unmeasurable and all the fun that goes with all of that, algae etc. My remote fuge cracked on an inlet, it's been offline for a large number of months now, my external pump died... twice, but lasted long enough to provide some micro cracks on around the bulkhead I had to deal with, now I run an internal DC pump.  Yeah, it's been fun, so as you can see the time I have had to spend on the tank has been more unplanned "Oh sh1t" time rather than getting it all tuned in, but I did not lose hope!

Over the past few months I've made the time (yes made the time, for a low price, $$,$$$,$$$,$$$, I'll sell ya the receipt) and I have seen some very positive results.  I still have improvements to make, but I feel like I am finally on the right path.  I'll post a few pics, for the most part, the fish have all survived, even with the super high Nitrates, but only a few corals made it through. Zoa's did great, thrived actually, the leather also did great, most of the rest you see in the pics are newer adds to the system.  I had a TON of aiptasia that a coral banded butterfly finally took to and totally wiped out, but then would not take to any other prepared foods and eventually died, now I have a good but of aiptasia back again.

This is what I used as well when I put my current system up, I like it.  My two gyres do create enough flow even after about a 1.5 years to make a bald spot in the center of the tank when the flow collides.  Maybe I need some sandbags for the grains to make them a bit heavier?

Hey Victory, long time.  I know a bit about ICV6, thanks for the Neptune link I'll read up on that.  My understanding, not strong or real current was that Neptune was actually a good bit away still. 

Seems I head someone in the club had already crossed this bridge, but maybe not.

I've been running two Maxspect XF280 for a while now, they work very well, they move A LOT of water.  With an 8-foot long tank that is also 3 feet front to back, only needing two pumps is pretty impressive.  They do require some regular maintenance to keep them at their peak flow.  I've been using the "advanced" controller that some with the XF280, and pretty much keep it at one of their preset 24 hour patterns.  It works well, but for the week or so after a cleaning, the flow is so strong it moves too much sand around and my torches don't expand as much telling me it's too much for them.  So I'd like to incorporate my APEX into the flow variation and power to give me more control.  I know of the Icecap Gyre Interface Module but it does not list the XF280 as a compatible device.  They have one listed as "GYRE INTERFACE MODULE FOR XF250 PUMPS", but I'm not sure this will work for the XF280.  Does anyone here know if it will work?

Or other solutions I can look at?
