I had this happen before as well same clown but with a carpet nem. She pulled in a clown goby and a mandarin into it. She picked at anything that got close to the nem and she hated my hand.

do a small macro display and raise pods for mandarins until ora releases theirs.

HAHA I got a letter in the mail saying I won! I had 2 tickets and a check for 2000. It went into the trash. Too good to be true

Mama is the one to talk to. I got a pair of males from her awhile back and they're doing great under mh. Lighting shouldnt be an issue with them but flow can be. They are capable of handling lots of flow but not jetstream flow from powerheads like maxijets.

chucked it in the sump. Was kinda cool looking...it looked like a stomatella snail and cowrie snail with the skin pulling over the shell.

I found this little snail on my gorgonian and was wondering if I should remove it. I'll try and get a pic later. He's small and purple and has small white polyp looking things on it's shell.

I have a snail that looks very similar to that and noticed it attaching itself to my trochus snails so I chucked him into my fuge. Ill try and see if I can get a pic of him if hes still down there to see if theyre the same.

Last time I tried they ended up dying during qt. I wanted to purge their systems before putting them into the DT. The qt tank stayed around 80 +/- a few degrees.

As Gonobob mentioned they filter out small food particles so you need to feed them otherwise they will starve and die.

What ive done in the past is during a water change hold the siphon over the bubbles and remove them if it pops most should be siphoned out and taken care of.

wow most ive ever had was 3 mouths. I cut one mouth and let them heal before cutting the next one.
