    Looks good... but if you want to pick your tools you should visit a medical type website. My wife purchased me a large kit in which she selected each tool... a few years ago from a medical site and I still use them.

    Skimmer for Skimmer trade: LRG MR2 Skimmer for w/dual injectors for trade

    I'd like to trade this massive skimmer for an in sump skimmer with pump rated for a 200g plus system. For the best application this skimmer should be installed out of sump but can be installed in sump. It looks new (is used though) and has the upgraded dual injectors. No pump included. Requires a pressure rated pump for best application.

    I have seen a few people use MAG 12's, 18's and 24's in sump with mized results. An iwaki, barracuda or blueline would be nice for it. Anyways, I don't feel like messing with all of that.

    T5 light fixtures + more equipment

    1) T5 HO light fixture, has fans, dual bulb fixture with one 10k and one actinic, includes legs, fixture is 17" but with the legs it can reach out to 18.5". $40


    2) 36" T5 HO 4 bulb fixture. $100. Fan runs loud but I never run it. Just replaced the 10k bulbs on it. Has 1 x 10k, 2 actinic and 1 x purple. Other bulbs with 6 months of use. Also has two blue led moonlights that really glow.

    3) RIO Mini Sun LED 10k, used as moonlight. Has clamp and power. $10

    4) Marineland LED 10k bubble wand and underwater light. $5

    5) 9 watt UV Sterilizer, only used for a couple of weeks. Includes everything as is it were new including box. Rated for up to 50g. $40

    6) Wave 50/50 LED light. Great for frag tanks or growing macro in a fuge. $40 used but includes original box.

    7) Wave 50/50 LED light used and one set of LED's flicker... works great for a fuge light $20

    8) Aqueon filters, these have great biological filtration even when not using filter media. $10 each, 2 avail, only used for a couple of weeks.

    So, this month equals one year since we jumped into clownfish breeding. Hands down this has been the most trying yet rewarding experience.

    It's been a long last year and I/we have learned a lot in the process. Thank you to all that have helped out along the way and for the support.

    Here's an update on the fish we are working with...


    1) Onyx (wild caught) x Premium Onyx Picasso SPAWNING = Onyx Picassos
    2) Phantom black snowflake (Sea and Reef) x Buckshot black snowflake (Proaquatix) (have not spawned) = Black Snowflakes
    3) Onyx (wild caught) x Premium Snowflake with serious buckshot (SA) SPAWNING = Snow Onyx hybrids
    4) White Stripe Maroon x Goldflake maroon SPAWNING = Goldflake maroons (the female will eventually be used for another project we have in mind and pair #7 will be our goldflake producer)
    5) Snow Onyx x Premium Picasso (known spawner female) = hybrids (i think these will make black knights)
    6) Black Ice x Black Ice (spawners not in cycle) = Black Ice
    7) Gold Stripe Maroon x Goldflake Maroon (known spawners) = Goldflakes maroons

    Goldflake pair put down their first nest tonight. The video shows the start of the nest inside the pot towards the top back. It took her an hour to lay the entire nest down, it's easily 2k eggs in comparing to a regular layer that we have which lays 800-1k eggs and this nest is over twice the size of their normal nest.

    Can't wait to get some goldflakes!

    Just wanted to sat that I'm digging the BML fixtures big time! I'm using a 72" and 48" 14k reef spectrum fixtures. No other light source for fish, zoas, lps and softies. No sps right now as I have the lights installed pretty high...not sure how sps will do.

    Anyways... Love the BML fixtures. Was hard to peel me away from my beloved 20k MH setups.

    is it going to be set up to "dose" your tank with rotifers?
    It's close enough to do so but I probably will not, only because I do not want the rotifer water going into the system.

    Looks good. Your gonna have a ton of fish soon.
