I have dumped about two or three times the recommended amount without any problems. The guy at aquatek told me he does it all the time. 400 might be too much though.

I've been having the same problem. What salt are you using? I can dump mg in my tank everyday and it goes down quickly throughout the day. I also get high reading of alk on my new made water. I had this problem before with redsea coral pro so I changed to fluval salt. Then it all evened out and stopped fluctuating. Everyone made me think I was crazy so I went back to redsea. Now problems are back. It's real frustrating. My coral have all stopped growing.

I have been surprised about their squirting ability. I took a rock out of the water once and a paly squirted about a foot into the air. Almost got my eye. Hope you get better soon.

I think the problem with this is you would burn through your filters. Have you tested your Tds? How often are you change your filters?

I don't know if it's all salts but I tried mixing for 15 min or until salt was dissolved on rscp and fluval salt. Doing so resulted in as advertised readings or higher. I thought I had a bad batch of rscp because my calcium was 380. I emailed them and they said don't mix very long and sent me a link to their video.

You can contact nick at bml and he will make any light configuration you want. I have 2 12" light on a biocube 29 and have sps. I think the prices are the same everywhere. Aquadome is across the freeway from them and they sell them and usually have them in stock unless you want something special. But even then they get them the next week.

I don't know what it's called but I have one similar. I can hand mine nori and he takes it. Mine has paddles at the end of its claws.
