They've actually allowed commercial uses.

They've been banned since 2007 for commercial purposes and are only allowed on a case-by-case basis until September 2015 when they are supposed to make another ruling on commercial use. There are some oil/gas companies, real estate companies, agricultural, and other industries that have applied for an exemption but at least for us Realtors, it doesn't mean all of us can use them. Just the specific company that has the exemption can.
