I'm moving back to north tejas. My girlfriend and a friend is going to UNT, one buddy is going to UTI, and im going to DeVry up there. so were all gonna live together and goto school. if i were moving closer i would take my tank with me. ill be down here fairly often to visit my dad and friends so ill be seeing you guys around

I will be selling my 30g all in one set up in a couple months because i am moving and dont want to move this thing 200 miles. i would rather start from scratch. this is a 30g that was made into an all in one by Tavio, then i modified it a little to have more room for a skimmer in the back. I also made the back wall out of 35 lbs of dead rock and is starting to have very nice coraline algae growing on it. I will be selling the whole set up minus the skimmer, light, and stand. I am putting this ad up now so if youre interested you can get the lighting and stand ready before i actually do sell it. What you get: - 35lbs(when dry) live rock (attached to the back wall of the tank) - 30 or so lbs of live sand - 1 flame damsel - 1 engineer goby - 1 blue/green chromis - several nassarius snails - 1 turbo snail - a handful of hermits - chaeto/ LR rubble for fuge section and 3 different bags of media - maxijet 1200 with all tubing needed for return Ill even throw in a couple power heads. lowes has acrylic up to .25" thick and will cut it for free. pretty cheap in my opinion. a 2x4 section of .25" is like 40 dollars

This is true but it will know (and can let you know) way before your tank sitter knows. this is also true.

from past experience; just because you have an apex doesnt mean something wont go wrong. i would have a trusted friend/neighbor babysit for you every couple days.

ill post a couple pics i have but jason has a few im sure. i added barnacles to my rock wall and it turned out awesome. adding them to the rocks sounds like a great idea

apparently it turned out tho. i havent seen the rocks that used hydraulic cement but i was told by theresa and jason that they turned out awesome as did the rocks that used portland cement.

be careful. make sure they are going to be strong enough. i had one bust on me once and that was only a 20g container.

i will get a couple 50 lb bags of playsand for the forming of the rocks. and the sugar sand ill pay for what we use if you dont mind bringing it. can bring some smaller containers so that it wont take as much sand to fill the bottom

nevermind!! i just searched for it and found out that playsand DOES contain silica. dang it. ok, so how many pounds of sugar sand would we need for each container? ill help out with that since i will not be buying any of the playsand

the all purpose sand has silicates. the play sand doesnt because it is for kids sand boxes and i guess they dont put silicates in the play sand because kids eat it or something. i know i did the playsand is only a dollar difference than the all purpose anyway.

are you sure? i can get a 50 lb bag for like 6 dollars at Lowe's
