Reybeast
Howdy all! I got roped into taking pictures at a formal event, and I feel that I should purchase an external flash to get the best pictures. I'm leaning towards an Nikon SB-600, but I'm open to suggestions. SB-900 is a little out of my price range and I doubt I would know how to use it effectively anyway, but please chime in! Rey
chrisfowler99
I've been looking at the SB-600, but I think I am leaning towards the SB-800, someday. Since it allows for using it separately and linking with others.
mhart032
I recently saw a Nikon SB-400 for 90 bucks on craigslist, thats a decent price. i have this flash and its pretty good i dont like that it cant be moved its basicly stationary but its pretty quick. better than the standard popup flash. GKarshens
I have an SB-600 and I am very happy with it. If you would be willing to sign a contract saying if you break it you buy it, I would be willing to loan it to you to try before buying. NonSequitur
I have an sb600, and it has always served me well. I was heartbroken to have to give up my trusty sb-28 when I went digital, but the SB-600 never let me down.
