Haven't posted on here in a while. I kinda neglected my tank for a little bit but now I am back on track and its looking good. When I was doing a water change yesterday I did notice that there was a kinda spider web looking thing that stretched from one rock to another and I have NO idea what that could be.. If anybody has ever seen this please help me figure out what it is, oh and sorry I don't have any pictures I don't have a camera and you wouldn't be able to see it with a cell phone camera. Thanks!!

I see that happen a lot when I change my water too. The strings are coming from little worms in the live rock trying to catch the junk in the water that was kicked up by the water change. For me, they come from these real small little hard tubes. Nothing to really worry about, just creatures trying to get something to eat :(

I believe you are referring to vermetid worms. They are generally harmless, but can sometimes become a nuisance when they grow too quickly.
