If you have an older home (older than 1996), you can upgrade up to 3 toilets in your house for free to save on water bills: "We offer high-performance HETs (high-efficiency toilets) that use only 1.28 gallons with each flush. These Niagara Ecologic toilets use flapperless technology to ensure great performance and reduce maintenance needs. You can apply to replace up to 3 toilets per home, if your existing toilets were installed before 1996. (This program does not replace 1.6 gpf toilets.)"
