It came with the orginal purchase of my 150. Includes: Ballast, 24” PFO Spider Reflector (never used; still has protective film), Electrical cable - Wall to Ballast 3.5 feet (standard 3 prong plug), Electrical cable - Ballast to Light 10 feet.
