mrmaytagg
If it's light scratches you can possibly remove it with a lot of patience and cerium oxide

Timfish
It's not very easy to do and when labor is figured at even low dollor amounts it'll be much cheaper to replace the tank. But you can get sand paper from auto paint supply places to about 3000 gritt and online you should be able to find "lapping" paper in various gritts to 9,000 or maybe 12,000 and in theory you can buff them out by hand with fish and inverts in the tank.
