Leg presses are great. Man good luck finding someone who is getting rid of a leg press. Have you tried or though of constant tension front and back squats for the time being.

I'm not impressed by the guy that can squat 495, 3 times. You knock out 3 sets of 25 at 315. I'll be impressed.

But on a serious note would you come to Houston/college station area for stuff? That's where the people I know are?
