I had iridescent green polyps, they almost look like tiny featherdusters and felt like a sticker you get on your socks. Could they be Myrionema stinging hydroids? I know the pictures is terrible Robin tore them out when rearrange a couple of corals around the patch. thedude Posted February 12, 2008 Share Posted February 12, 2008 How big is the patch in your tank? The easiest solution I've found is that if you catch a small patch, cover over them in reef epoxy. However I several small patches on my rocks. Robin just plucked it off with her thumb nail. No sting, I quess she was just lucky. And I read they would and will sting your corals.
