JCAB
I have a large coral shrimp that is always trying to catch fish. I saw it once grab a clown, but the clown easily got out of its grasp. Can they do any real damage? If so, would it be cruel and unusual to banish her to the sump? She's not super social, so I don't think she'd miss anyone. I have had smallish new fish (fairy wrasses) go from being fine to finding them dead or near death in the morning but don't want to unfairly blame her. Timfish
I see it fairly regularly and don't worry about it. They are cleaner shrimp and will try to clean fish. They are also so week they are incapable of moving their legs when they are out of water and very fragile, if they are caught with a dead or dying fish in their claws I'd say there was something wrong with the fish.
