madsalt Posted November 4, 2012 Share Posted November 4, 2012 I hope someone can help me out here. I just got my Apex Jr, I followed the initial setup of plugging things, blah, blah, blah. When I pluged it into the wall there were no lights on the controller, nothing to indicate there was any power. I sent a message to Marinedepot and they said I had to configure it before I could get power. When the controller is first plugged into the wall, should I see any lights or does that happen after I finally get into the browser and configure things. madsalt Posted November 6, 2012 Author Share Posted November 6, 2012 I have contacted Neptune and they have been great so far, emailed me back on both saturday and sunday. We have concluded that the controller is bad and because it was brand new I have decided to jump up to the Apex lite for more outlets and options.
