All that said, maybe give Buildmyled.com a shot. It's a very nice fixture, even though it may cost a bit more.

Based on the dimensions and what I know about it, I think I am currently using this light. Hydro may be able to tell you more about it. I got it from h2ocool who got it from hydro. Measurement are the same and i know it's from china. I believe original cost is about 200? I have been trying to find out more about it as I really like the light and would like to know some par numbers for it. I'll be out of town this week but you are welcome to come check it out when I get back. Do you have a link I could look at for it and I'll be able to confirm if this is it or not.

I think Don Duncan is using similar fixtures over his tank and had pretty good success. I know at one point he was talking about upgrading to all Ai Sol or something similar.

I think i am going to take the plunge and get the ones that oozarkawater linked up buy two and try them out on the frag tank i am building see how good they are and next month buy a few more with 4 total and mount them up on some alum stock for the big tank ill write some info up after i get them setup also anyone know of a good hanging kit that will work for a 2ft tall tank that mounts to the back of the stand
