gatortank
I wanted to know if anyone has had or has used an aquacontroller II. I am looking at buying one that is only the head unit with no sensors. I wanted to see what you thought about the controller and what sensors I will need and where to get them. Thanks! mFrame
I have been using an AC3 for several years and been very happy with it, but mine has a small display. Most of the time I want to control it I do so from a web browser though. Looks like the AC2 can do PH, temp, and ORP as well as water on the floor sensors. I'm running the PH and temp sensors on mine.
gatortank
I am looking forward to getting it if I can find the sensors for it. I contacted Neptune to see about getting the probe's/sensors and this is what they said. "The only module they we still make that is compatible with this device is the DC8. We no longer make the temperature probes for it, and any pH probe with a BNC connector should be compatible." Any ideas on where to find the temp probe and do I need any other module? mFrame
You should be able to Google for it, I found one here: http://www.liverockn...t_detail&p=2669 Temperature Probe for Aquacontroller II, Neptune Systems SKU: DI-NPPRBTMP Looks to run about $40. If you're going to run it, might as well get the PH probe too.
