jestep Posted May 30, 2012 Share Posted May 30, 2012 I've been using 2 of these as a grow light for an indoor citrus tree, and I just picked up one for my refugium. They're the perfect light for a refugium since the beam angle is narrow. They are pretty much identical to the Ecoxotic Par38 housing and use Cree LED's. Only come in 5000K and 3500K so they aren't suitable for a reef tank. They would be great for freshwater as well.
