By the way, something that was never mentioned to me, and I wish I had known is that to mount the LEDs you really need to use countersunk screws. Not that the screws themselves are to be countersunk, but the shape of the screw head is very important, as you don't want the screw to touch the solder pads. Just about the only way to do this is to use countersunk style screw heads.

Just a tip so maybe someone else won't have to make an extra trip to the hardware store.

No lenses...I'm thinking about adding lenses for the perimeter leds since they don't need to spread as much. Corals are all doing better than with my T5's...nothing has bleached and growth has increased

FYI...the devils hand has doubled in size in the past 2 months and the rest of the corals are doing great. I was having some cyano problems, but I changed the red/cyan lights from 100% to 70% and that has helped a lot. I've still got a lot of red turf algae, but havent come up with a solution for that yet.
