(Bio)³
If i would have known I would have offered to let you get in on my shipping for free so it would be cheap to replace.
AquaJohn
thanks for the offer but the cost to drive to Austin to get it would be more than the shipping costs I replaced it when I order my big set for my
(Bio)³
Well the LED are in and set, everything is wired up but one driver is not working correctly. I have contacted them to start the RMA process and get this checked out. I swapped the good driver to each strip of LED and they all work great and are SUPER BRIGHT! This is a fun project though

AquaJohn
awsome. I had my big fixture go down or at least one string of whites seems one of my awsome solder joints only looked awsome lol. At least it only raised up a bit to brake the connection and did not move over and touch the heatsink and fry everything. Im not sure its worth the headaches. If I had it to do over I think I would just buy the radions.
(Bio)³
Yes if i had to do everything over I would probably choose a different route also, but this was a fun learning experience. For the mean time i plan to take the PC lights and put them in the bottom of the stand to go over the sump I'm building. One day I'll either swap that out for a marineland single brite strip or just get an AI sol nano to put under there.
