Elizzy
I've done some research and can't seem to find anything on these eggs. Can anyone id them? I'm worried they belong to oenone fulgida, which could explain my dead snail count. Sorry about the blurry pic. The egg case seems to have a tube attached. Thanks so much!! -E
Chad and Belinda
Could it be a sponge or is it definitely eggs?

Woods
I think it is definitely a sponge. At the top you can see the vent hole. I have many of these in my tanks. It is nice to get yellow, pink and orange ones as the add color to the tank rather than the whilte or clear ones.
Inland Reef
I agree with the others. Looks like a sponge. I've got the exact same color sponges growing all over my tank. It's even in the rubble box in back of the BioCube.
Timfish
I'm with them, it's a sponge. I've got it in one tank intermixed with a bunch of green mushrooms, looks real nice. It's hard to find inverts that are so bright yellow.

Elizzy
Thank you all so much!! I was sooo worried! I have a metric ton of pineapple sponges, but then these yellow guys just started showing up. Breathing a huge sigh of relief, -E
