It is my understanding that the chat was removed because it was not being used as intended as a support mechanism for this site. This site is a majority funded by one person, with the help of sponsors, and people who purchase premium memberships. It does not make sense to continues spending money on sections of the site that are used in inappropriate ways. While your service is very much appreciated, it is also the freedom of the site owner to manage it as he seems fit. I am not trying to be rude or anything, just wanted to try and help clarify things.
