+lewk
Who here is using biopellets? I was debating trying some of the BRS ones, and am just looking for input. What do you like about them, dislike, how are they working, etc?
chrisfowler99
I've seen pretty solid reviews of them on RC. I will be adding a bio pellet reactor to my new setup once it's up and running.
Toxiq Reef
I use vertex and ecobak, both I believe are identical products, good stuff, they're prob all the same
medi
I've been running vertex biopiopellets for about a month and a half. My no3 and my phosphates are 0. My sps has had much better polyp extension since I started running it. The only complaint I have is since I started it I have had a mild problem with cyano bacteria. Will
Watch out for sponge overgrowth too, this can be a problem, as well as biofilms growing in your sump.
