afgun
I need to build a weir for my new tank; any local suggestions on who can cut and polish a couple of pieces of glass for my tank ? I need an approx 71x4 and 71x7 pieces of glass, and I'd prefer at least the 71x7 to be smoked... definitely want polished so I don't cut myself. Your input is appreciated. joshman1204
I got my glass for my sump from binswanger in round rock. It was polished and was very cheap.

Their RR location is closed now; I guess I'll have to visit their Burnett one... thanks for the tip!
renman303
I had the custom 1/2 circles of glass for my sump done at Russell Glass in Gtown.

Derek
Binswanger Glass does good stuff. I had them make me a glass top for my old 90 gallon tank.
afgun
Got my weir pieces from Binswangers. Word to the wise... be uber careful with that glass because if it gets off-center and you wedge it in your tank, it WILL chip. Nothing a little (LOT!) of silicone can't cover though! bige
I bought glass from binswanger on Lamar. The guy who cut my glass use to build aquariums in houston and now works there. They were very nice.
