nvandewa Posted June 29, 2010 Share Posted June 29, 2010 I have a fire shrimp that molted about four days ago. But I just noticed that three of it's legs on one side have fallen off. mFrame Posted June 29, 2010 Share Posted June 29, 2010 Shrimp and crabs will regain lost legs and antennae the next time they molt. Not sure what you would really do to "help them regrow" other than 1) identify if you have a tank bully maiming them -- if so then you need to remove the shrimp or the maimer or else they won't live long enough to molt, or 2)make sure they're eating and that your water params are good to encourage growth and therefore push a molt.
