Issue with leaf fish

He probably just hit it on a rock or something. Eating tends to be the first thing affected if a fish is sick. My motto is always "there is nothing wrong if it is eating".

Honestly, I never witnessed / saw evidence of mine ever doing any sort of shedding/molting. If that is what is happening with yours right now, it could just be that the tissue shedding near/at the eye isn't completely off yet. As long as your water parameters are all in line, and you don't notice any attacks/interaction between the leaf & wasp, I think it should be ok.
