I am not longer working (layed off) but did this sort of thing when working (Asset Manager). I live near Bastrop in Cedar Creek which may be a problem, but will try to work through them this time. I think that Dave would be the best person since his place is pretty central between those of us in Cedar Park/Leander, and those all the way out in Bastrop/Elgin area.
