The water overflows into about 5 lbs of rubble(mostly frogspawn skeletons) and there is also a nice sized piece of cheato on top that is rolling around in there. Ive left room to run some sort of filter media if i have the need for it in the future.

Yea, I wouldnt use them on anything in my home, But if it was at a place of business where my customers were #1 on my list and not the maintenance on my tanks the fake corals would be the way to go.

Well I moved a few corals outta my 29 gallon and put them in here. So far its the Blasto, A big frag of blowpop zoas and my Speckled people eaters. pics to come in the morn.

Its bondo epoxy resin and I got it at home depot . Worked great, The only problem running topless is the livestock i want are jumpers and i have to look at the ugly light fixture, Its just not attractive lol. It was just a thrown together hood with scraps outta the garage so if I get tired of it, it wont kill me to get rid of it.
