I went through a big planted tank phase, had my tank that im using as my reef tank, filled to the brim with cardinals, nothing that nice but i enjoyed it
-
head into town and go to some of the LFS that sponsor the site, alot of them have very fair prices
-
i know shane has it at fishy business
-
thanks got him moved he seems to be wedging his foot into a crevice between some of the rock work now
-
its on the substrate, its crushed coral, do i need to set him on a rock so he can attach?
-
well this morning he was laying on his top, so i reached in a flipped him over, he stays put all day and him and the clown are getting along well enough, bought them as a pair so i dont think thats the issue either
-
its been in the tank about 4 days now, acclimated it for 2 hours
-
Every night, when the lights go out on the tank, about an hour later, my sabae flips over with its foot in the air, and my clown still just nuzzles into the tentacles, and in the morning when lights come on, he eventually rolls back over, looks healthy, water parameters are fine, is this normal?

Id like to buy some zoas, frags or colonies, whatever, id prefer red or blues or some mix with those colors. Lemme know what you got, and we can see what we can work out
-
the 29 im using currently had a turtle in it previously, and everything is doing fine, as CRmike said a vinegar bath took care of it all.
-
how much for the zoa only rock
-
thats exactly why i was told to use the CC over the live sand
-
sounds also like the lil brown algea on your substrate is Diatoms, mine took care of themselves after i changed the bulb in my MH.
-
my scooter blenny buries himself completely in my CC bed, its about 2 inches deep in the deepest spots, but since i have small hills and valleys in the substrate it varies
-
havent had much problem with mine. and shane at fishy business swears by it.
-
