that is not GHA...it is bacteria bloom on the glass from dosing a bit too much zeo and is only on the glass...the glass cannot be scraped as this monti is too close to it...(hence he sale)

Now that I've tested the new flow regulator, it doesn't seem to make much of a difference. Even on the lowest setting, there doesn't seem to be much pressure inside. Don't know if it's the pump or something else.
I might go back to the original design and leave just one hole open...
Have you tried just using a valve on the inlet side, seems like the simplest solution

Depends on the size and weight of the object and how much cement you used. The more cement the longer the dry time, the heavier the item the more dry time...generally because it requires more cement.
Minimum 3-4 hours. Just wrap it all in damp newspaper and then a trash bag it keep it moist, check every few hours. 24 h is best...re-dampen as necessary

Wear gloves,mix small batches should be thick let dry before moving, always lift from the bottom

I waited 3-4 hours, no ill effects, although I would recommend longer
Dries light - dark grey (depends on water mix ratio)
Coraline covers it quickly
