Im very interested in the RBTA. What is the size? Is it ok to come by and take a look at it?

Mike whats going on? A super clean out of the tank? You got me wondering what in the world did you pick up from Danny or the internet. I am still waiting for the PPE chalice/whatever it is coral. I am gonna have to stop by just to look at the goodies in the tank now. I hope the lights didnt do to much damage. You really got me wanting to order some of those actinic lights of yours though. If we set up a corperate reservation we can have everyone on ARC show up for a seven day meeting at the low price of 3,000,000 USD. Now that would be an awsome reef club experience. Reserve a spot for me and 3 others. haha

Mike dont forget to hold the frag of the coral in the 7th pic on the top right after you frag it and its healed up a bit. My wife is looking forward to me placing that one in the tank. hat was sold to me as a chili coral. I kept it in a cave with moderate flow and it would extend it's white polyps mainly in the early mornings and late evenings.

I am wanting to make feedings more regular and ensure the tank gets fed flakes when I take off on different weekends. What are your recommended feeders both good and bad? What's the easiest? Most dependable and reliable brands. Thanks in advance for any replies.

I ran a Tunze Nano skimmer on my 55 gallon tank for about 2 years and it kicked butt considering my mixed tank consist mainly of SPS corals and the skimmer is rated for like a 35 gallon tank. I really like the Tunze products, but felt that for the materials used in manufacturing it was a little costly. One thing negitive is that it took up space in the tank, but a positive thing is that it worked great, was dead quiet and low on energy use.

I kind of thought they would have been a sediment filter and possibly a brine tank. I did not get the idea that what was descibed was a ro unit either.

I asked one of the girls there about the filters and she of course had no clue. All she knew was that the water output was pahtogen free for testing. The water filters are for a medical Lab and for its testing equipment in a hospital. The filtration tanks are as tall as the helium tanks you see in florist shops and are simular in size and shape. I know that some of the girls have used the filter to do water changes for bettas they keep. Its a real weird filter system unlike the ro/di systems I see for aquarium hobbyist.

If a prior commitment finishes early I may be able to make this meeting with the wife and kids. I would love to pick up some frags if I make it, but I am worried about them sitting in bags until tomorrow night. What do you think my chances of keeping them in a ziplock overnight in my trunk are? Not so good I think. I may have a couple good sized colonies of ORA Pink Birdsnest I could bring if anyone is interested in meeting up somewhere. I will be off to Austin in a couple hours so hopefully you can let me know before then. I will check the board before I leave.

Danny its me Alex. The Undata frag I got from you a while back is doing great. Could you let me know when the Tyree Purple Monster is ready to be cut again. I am wanting another nice frag hopefully with a nub or two or more. My wife doesnt care for the look of 1 inch sticks which is part of the reason I cant get to many of the corals I like from you at the same time. I know its a pain but could you again mount it like you did with the other frag and let me know when its healed up. Its proubly all my fault of having baseball mit hands, but I just have bad luck with frags that are unmounted. Thanks a bunch.

Your pics show 4 frags. Upon reading it sounds like you only have 3 frags. Is this correct?

i am looking for colorful corals of different types. If you have zoanthids, palys, chalices or acans i am interested in picking up some. I am also looking for a frag of Superman Montipora. I am also looking for a skimmer and pieces for putting together a refugium. Purchases all depending on the wife. She is the final authority on tank additions.

My current favorite has to be my Aussie Acans, though my Harlequin Tusk likes to play with them so I am trying to sell them.

My all time favorite that I have owned has to be the Bali Tri-Color. I could only find an extreme close up.
