I can get you better pictures, but its the black tower that is on the left side of the image on the front page. It is standing over the left half of the 5g tank in the picture. It has a white Wal-Mart box fan in it. It's mildly quiet.

Well just got my new T5s in and installed so this is now for sale. Down to 160$, comes with 2 bulbs (10k, 14K) bulb life unknown.
