  1. Your corals look awesome! Can’t wait to get all my zoas back. What you described with the cyano and IO is identical to what I’m dealing with. I’ve thght about switching back to RS, and now I’m sure I need to. [emoji106]

  2. I’m nowhere near the expert that Ty is, but I agree. Leave them alone and feed heavy and with garlic. I also have ich in my tank, but my 2 hippos and yellow tang are super fat and healthy. I soak their food in a couple drops of garlicevery day and feed nori daily (not soaked in garlic). Chasing them around with a net to remove them all just adds to their stress. I have a UV sterilizer, but only a 36 watt coralife, nothing as large Ty’s. May be helping may not be. I’m not sure. [emoji23][emoji2368]

  3. Trying to get those leathers to attach to rocks is not easy. I have them tied down with string. Both are still not happy. I cant do too much flow because they are not attached.

Lol. Yeah, I just rubberbanded it to a rock and tossed it in the sump. I will eventually attach. And possibly become 2! [emoji1]

  4. I got some of the green leather from bobcat also. [emoji175]. I’m no expert, but the nem looks fine. Sometimes they will open and expel all the old to bring in the new. Will completely deflate before they puff back up. Hell, you probable know that. Lol. What kind of nem is it?

  5. Do you have pix? The skimmer chamber has to be at least 7x12 for my Reef octopus.

  7. 8ede09985c93b203b237e5f3554eb058.jpgThe two tanks held together with a bulkhead and an inverted 90 to keep the water in the refugium section but lower in the return. If I put the skimmer in the return section, I can adjust the water level there so it’s the right height for the skimmer. There would be baffles for bubbles and maybe a filter sock in the beginning
