    Cyano will not go away. I followed every piece of advice I can find. Gonna break down and try the Red Slime Remover. Anybody have experience with this?

      Just follow the directions and all will be pretty again. I was like you and tried all the non-chemical ways but still could not get rid of it. I think the horror stories are those who perhaps did not follow the directions.
