    Ive moved forward with this. Hydro told me to go to Texas Hydroponics for pumps. I picked up a 400gph with 8 foot Max head and its pumping straight up only 23 dollars. I thought I was going to spend 75 to 100. Bought water and salt yesterday.

    I have a 48" T8 for 2 bulbs does not have any bulbs 10 bucks or trade for anything Its about 6 months old. I have a 4 bulb T8 and T5 I'm using now. If you want it and have nothing then that's fine also I'm not using it

    To catch a predator

    So after many unsuccessful attempts to catch the stone crab which culminated in my taking off his big claw with a skewer around the time this thread was started.

    I had seen this crab come out many times and stare at me and actually snap (little claw) upon seeing me through the glass. He basically said "Its on Drew, Its on!".

    Since then I had seen him come out little farther and as soon as my hand touched the water he would vanish.

    This week I noticed him closer than usual and he honestly waved his new big claw at me and snapped it in a show of force. I knew this had to end at that moment.

    This time I used a fork, and went after him poking rocks-I then started moving rocks aside and isolated him to "tunnel rock" at the end of the aquarium. There was only him, a peppermint and frogspawn that were on the rock; I removed it from the tank (20 Lbs) and shook it over the floor. The peppermint dropped out, and then the crab fell to the floor. I quickly stepped on him and threw him back into the tank to be feasted on. I would have rather taken him to aquadome and let the puffers violate him; However, he tried to make a break for it.

    Bed Bugs

    My landlord has bedbugs on his side of the duplex and he is going to treat both sides as to eliminate the problem. I'm not sure when he is planning on doing this probably soon.

    They are going to heat the house to a very high temperature with lots of heat, and will require us to be gone for up to two days.

    Now, I can catch everybody however I do not have another tank to support them for 2 or more days.

    Everybody fish, corals, inverts will have to go.

    Should I go ahead and take the live rock out and leave it submerged in a giant white icechest/container?

    Also will there be some sort of large die off in the tank with the remaining bacteria?

    I cannot feasibly move 150 gallons of water or the tank

    Also I'm sure I will have to borrow a chiller to lower the temperature either while this heat treatment is going on or shortly after its semi safe. In order to minimize bacteria loss.

    From what we've been told the walls will be hot to the touch.

    Is there going to be a lot of evaporative loss?

    I'm buying my own water so this would be costly for me.

    Anyone have any ideas/suggestions please let me know. I haven't received a date yet, but I'm sure its coming

    Happy to write that today the Injured Marine "Semper Fi" Fund sent me 1200 dollars for rent and costs associated with my service dog. We paid rent so we're good thru July meaning those paychecks will be free to pay bills. I am thankful
