if the glass is tempered it means you can NOT drill in it cause itll crack and be useless. meaning youll have to get a external overflow and yes you will need a sump

a sump is just the basic "under" tank which can keep the skimmer and pump to keep water circulation a refugium is in a way a smaller mini tank which you can keep sand, lr, cheato, pods. heck im sure somebody else can explain better

so is it pretty much safe to say that after 6 months or so the bulbs should be changed??

you can do a tang. get it small and watch it grow until it gets to big then just remove it from your tank later down the road. river city always gets small tangs in that you can look and try out

tangs are always cool fish to have also

i purchased a flame hawk today at Tek. after i had acclimated him to the tank i put him in with the rest of the "squad" which consists of 2 tangs, 3 chromis, 2 clowns, 1 eel and a goby. lots of lps also. my concern is that once i put him into the 120 the clowns started attacking him and messing with him and would not stop bothering the flame hawk. all the other fish could care less about the hawk and not bothering him whatsoever. but then here come the clowns again. always keeping an eye on him and messing with him. my concern is that they wont stop and will continue till either i take him back or he dies of stress. is this normal for the clowns to react this way towards the flame hawk?!?!?!?!

i have a ten gallon i got for free and was wondering what i could do with it pertaining to saltwater. id figure i could do a mini fuge in a powerfilter. any ideas on what i could do with this tank and livestock i can put in it. i wont have any high tense lighting on it so that might narrow things down. i know gobies, shrimp, what about seahorse?? please help thanks
